TRX is a full body blast workout that uses body weights to perform different types of exercises. You control how big a challenge you want by simply adjusting your body position to increase or decrease resistance.
Key result areas: Muscular endurance, flexibility and leg strength
Go-hard-or-go-home – HIIT class
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout that will keep you moving from start to finish. Expect a mixture of equipment with body weight exercises, heavy overtone of plyometrics with light barbell and medicine balls, finishing with core strengthening.
Key result areas: improved cardiovascular, stamina, stronger core, muscle mass development
Ultimate pain, ultimate gain – Kettlebell
Kettlebell classes comprising a 30min workout that will get you hear rate up in a completely different way to cardio. These movements challenge almost every muscle in your body. Good for conditioning and extremely fun.
Key result areas: muscular endurance, muscular strength, definition
Yoga is a good way to rehabilitate of injuries as well as prevention, by strengthening the muscles we don’t use daily. yoga is also practised mindfully, supporting you – calming the mind, bringing you into the present moment, soothing and relaxing you. (1hour)
