Saturday Yoga

We are opening yoga on a Saturday morning. This will be every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month.

These will run every other Saturday in the month. They all have many years of experience and the sessions will be good fun but you will be tested in your poses.

Why not come and do and extra session or try out this Saturday class on it’s own, get into those tight hips and shoulders, challenge the body and rest and relax after your hard work.

Alongside this there will be 11.15 to 3.30 the chance to book a nice relaxing massage or reflexology treatment.
