HIIT

Been training with Abi for 5 years now. She almost 5 months after having Freddie, and never has an issue motivating me through new exercises and being pushed to my limit each time! Each week (and getting fitter each session!) Our new studio is a great space, really convenient location so I love going every week. Would recommend coming along to a HIIT class as well, so much fun!

Couples Personal Training

My husband and I did couples personal training with Abi in preparation for our wedding. Before our first session we had tried everything from hot, fitness first to class pass, trying to find something we loved but always felt like we were competing for something that didn't suit us.

Then we found Abi's. Her PT sessions for couples are well designed to make you both feel strong and independent and she knows how to make it all enjoyable, even when you're working for two years. We finished with his wedding and all in all you end up feeling part of the family there.

1-1 Personal Training

Abi is an exceptional personal trainer, his sessions are totally bespoke, he puts together combinations of exercises which push you and keep you engaged. But are superbly designed to make you work hard without being too complex with her knowledge of exercises and the body. He is very flexible and understands the diaries of busy people. His pricing is also very competitive, 10/10 would recommend.
